A Beautiful Hike Up and Around Breakneck Ridge and Sugarloaf with a Great Group of GO'ers!
Today was perfect hiking weather and the views were spectacular!
Gateway to San Gabriel Wilderness - Sweeping Vistas, Boulder Formations, Large stands of Cedar
A Nice Traverse Across Mounts Stanton, Pickering and Langdon with a Side Trip to the Interesting Cave Mountain.
All in all...it was a great day in the mountains. Can't wait to do it again!
Other than starting the hike earlier so we did not have to hike to Zealand Hut in the dark, this hike couldn't have gone more perfect!
What was billed as a fall foliage hike turned into a full blown winter hike! At 5,716 feet, it’s the third highest peak in the White Mountains.
