About this event
Join us (just a bit before low tide) to hike the trail on Bar Island – part of Acadia National Park. The island is located off of Bar Harbor, Maine. The gravel bar is exposed connecting the town of Bar Harbor and Bar Island roughly 1.5 hours before and after low tide. “Once on the island, the Bar Island Trail gradually ascends through the forest on an old road to various open sections with views of Bar Harbor and Frenchman Bay.”
After the hike we’ll walk thru town to the Ivy Manor Inn for a few “beverages” in their outdoor garden. After drinks, let’s grab dinner at a restaurant of the group’s choosing.
Please join us for our evening “adventures” – or any part of them that fits your schedule.
