About this event
The Scaur is a rocky promontory off the Greeley Ponds Trail in Waterville Valley, which offers great views of the surrounding area. Except for a short steep section right below the summit, it is a fairly easy ascent. We will go up the Scaur Trail and return via the Kettles Path for a total of 3.6 miles. There is option on the return to go check out the Big Pines Path off the Livermore Trail for an additional 0.4 miles. Bring plenty of bug repellent. The blackflies will be out in force.
