Intrepid Sea/Air Space Museum/Ship Tour
Fantasic day in NYC! Lots of walking, sight seeing, meeting new people, lunch, a street fair, etc.
The trip report
Every one met in front of the Intrepid on time. No long lines, we got right in, walked the ship/museum from top to bottom. Sunny clear day. Made our way around the city walking, then stopped for a late lunch and then hit a street fair. Perfect fun day, lots of walking, learning, etc.

About this event
Spend a leisurely tour with GO members aboard the USS Intrepid, followed by a late lunch at a local NYC spot.
Those of us from NJ will be meeting at the Hoboken Train/Path station at 10:150AM (if you chose to meet us there). We will then be meeting in front of the Intrepid Welcome Center (out side area) at 11:30AM. After a 3 to 3.5 hr tour of the ship/museum, we will hit one of the local restaurants for a late lunch.
Please note that the tour at the museum costs $25 per person. Each GO member attending must purchase his own ticket at that time. Everyone who will be attending lunch afterwards will be responsible for paying for his own food/drink, tax and tip.
Further details and s will be sent to those that register up to the day before, so please be sure to check your email messages from GO on a regular basis, including the night before (just in case).
