Kayaking/Canoeing in Brattleboro VT

Go Kayaking/Canoeing at the junction of West & Connecticut Rivers in Brattleboro VT, then wind down with a BYOB social at Frog Meadow Bed & Breakfast in nearby Newfane VT! Hang out in the hot tub, take a dunk in the pond & check out the hiking trails. All are welcome! Dinner is $25 for any non-lodging guests (please RSVP to Frog Meadow by 6/8).

Kayaks & canoes can be rented at VT Canoe Touring Center on Putney Road which will also be the meeting place. This is a slow moving river with beautiful scenery and private swimming spots, perfect for the beginning paddler!

Dave and Scott have reserved their “Deluxe Barn Suite” for GO trip participants to come up Friday night and stay through Saturday night. The Deluxe Barn Suite has a maximum capcity of 6 (2 queen size beds + 1 queen size pull-out). The GO group price includes two country breakfasts and dinner on Saturday, is $145 (with 6) or $165 (with 4), inclusive of tax. In addition, private rooms with a shared bathroom are available at a reduced rate for GO members, based on availability.
