Winter Camping in the North GA Mtns

Let’s enjoy the North GA mountains in the Winter.  Winter is a great time to visit the mountains and offers some great views not available the rest of the year.  Winter also means no bugs and few or no other people.  We will be car camping at Fort Mountain State Park. There are several day hikes available in the park that we can take advantage of Sat afternoon and Sunday.  We will split the costs of the campsites by the number of participants.
