July 4 "Triathlon" (Bike, Swim+)

Join me for a July 4 "triathlon" of biking, swimming, and perhaps fireworks. The day will begin with a 20-25 mile bike ride along the Norwottuck Rail Trail from Northampton to Belchertown, MA. In the afternoon we'll take a swim at Lake Wyola in Shutesbury or the D.A.R. State Forest in Goshen. If there's interest, we'll extend the festivities with dinner in Northampton or Amherst, followed by the fireworks at U. Mass. If you'd like to participate, please contact me by 9 p.m. Saturday.
