The trip report
Although it was blue skies and sunny it was just very hot hot hot. I rounded up some folks to attend this walking tour of Grounds For Sculpture. Lots to see of some wonderful grounds and super art work. If we do it again however, we'll pick spring, or even autumn. Afterwards we caught a bite at a local restaurant to cool down, have some dinner and good conversation. When we do this again, it will be in Spring or Autumn however with cooler weather.

About this event
Come on and join us on Sunday, June 20th at 11:00 AM as we tour the Grounds for Sculpture. The perfect spot not only to get fresh air, walk around in the out doors, but also to enjoy the gardens as well as a wonderful array of art work. The summer exhibition is of pieces by Gay Icon Artist, Keith Haring. The show is titled A New Dimension. This art park is located at 126 Sculptors Way, Hamilton, NJ08619. This is a 35-acre public sculpture park founded in 1992 to promote an understanding of and appreciation for contemporary sculpture for all people. We will enjoy the park’s outdoor permanent collection, as well as the indoor seasonal exhibitions. IF YOU WANT MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PARK PLEASE visit their website at.groundsforsculpture.org. Please note that this is one of the locations we’re going to visit that charges an entrance fee (just like many of the State Parks charge to enter THEIR PARKS). The fee is to enter the park. There is no extra fee to join in on this adventure and I nor is anyone else attending this event making any profit from the gathering. YOU WILL PAY the park directly when you enter. I will look into group rates just in case. After our touring we expect to have an early dinner at a local diner/restaurant. EVERYONE is expected to pay for any items they order (food and beverages/drinks!) YOU MUST RSVP directly to me on GO by June 16th. We are only allowing 15 people to join in on this event (0nce we get 15 folks, it will be closed), so RSVP ASAP!
