Conejo Valley Hike & Brunch

Conejo Valley Nature Walk

Conejo Valley Hike & Brunch

Conejo Valley Nature Walk

Details

Come out and hike Ventura County with some strangers - talk about it over brunch with some new friends!

This month's hike will be on Hill Canyon Trail to Hawk Canyon and back, departing at 9am sharp. Get to know this popular 3.7-mile out-and-back trail in Conejo Valley which is generally considered an easy route and takes an average of 1 h 19 min to complete. There are awesome views of the mountains and a small river. This is a very popular area for birding, hiking, and running, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. See more details here: https://www.alltrails.com/.../california/hill-canyon-trail.

All ages are welcome and so are your dogs, but the fur babies must be on a leash on the trail, as well as at the restaurant. Brunch will follow the hike, 1030am at Side Street Cafe, 996 Lawrence Dr, Newbury Park, CA 91320

Not a hiker? It's okay if you just want to meet some new people and join us at brunch. Message me if you want a FREE trail map prior to the event. Come out, come out - wherever you are!

Hosts: David & Brad

Level 2 EV Charging is available at the trailhead for this event.

Hi, it looks like it's going to rain on Sunday. When is the latest the hike will be confirmed or canceled? Thanks, V.

Hi there. I will check the weather on Saturday morning and see how it looks. We may abandon the hike, but we will still have brunch around 1030!

hey everyone. it looks like continued rain will get in the way of this hike. we'll still do brunch at 1030am, so feel free to join us for that if you like! I'll schedule another one in February!
